REGISTRATION
How do I register?
Go to the REGISTER page and scroll down to the bottom and click JOIN US or click HERE.
When is the deadline for registration?
We request that initial deposits of $25 per person be submitted by December 1, 2025. However, final payment is due by May 31, 2026.

Can I register late?
Yes, but keep in mind that space is limited. We will not be able to guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you if you wait. Best to secure your spot with a deposit and pay the rest by the final due date, May 31, 2026.

Rates are $159 for 2 Queens and $149 for a King bed per night. These rates do not include local taxes, or customary hotel fees. Please book as early as possible using the link HERE.​

How do I get to the hotel?
Flying in?: The nearest airport is O'Hare International Airport (ORD). There are no shuttle services to and from the hotel. Rideshare (i.e. Uber, Lyft, etc.) is the best option.

Driving in?: There is complimentary self-parking.
What is there to do at the hotel when there is free time?

Are t-shirts included in the price of registration?
T-shirts are not included in the price of registration. They will be available for purchase later.
How much are the t-shirts?
We are taking note of the sizes that are requested from the registration forms so we know about how many we will need and which sizes. This will allow us to find the best prices.
FUNDRAISERS
What is the fundraiser for?
The proceeds from the cookbook fundraiser are for book awards for young cousins that are studying in school.
